A team of 18 spent 10 days in rural Guatemala building houses, running a medical clinic, and forming friendships that transcend language.

The village of San Pedro doesn't have paved roads. The nearest hospital is two hours away by bus. And the people there welcomed us like family.

Our team of 18 spent ten days in rural Guatemala. We built three homes from the ground up. We ran a medical clinic that served over 200 patients. We played soccer with kids who taught us that joy doesn't require stuff.

But the real work wasn't the construction. It was the relationships. Sitting around a fire after a long day, sharing stories through broken Spanish and Google Translate, laughing until our sides hurt.
